Ministry of Transport organizes cruises to return the Egyptians stranded in the Saudi port of Duba

Dr. Tamer Merhi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in the Red Sea Governorate, has received a communiqué from the Maritime Transport Sector, with the approval of Lieutenant General Kamel, the Minister of Transport, according to the directives of the cabinet of Ministers, to organize cruises to transport stranded Egyptians in the Saudi Port of Duba and decided to organize these cruises within 72 hours to return of the stranded citizens to the sea port of Safaga. Rear Admiral Reda Ismail, Head of the Maritime Transport Sector, addressed a letter to the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in the Red Sea Governorate, regarding the approval of the Minister of Transport, to organize cruises to transport the stranded Egyptians in the Duba port in Saudi Arabia. As Al-Masry Al-Youm Journal has published the appeal of dozens of stranded Egyptians in the Saudi port of Duba, to President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, and the Egyptian government, to intervene and allow their return to Egypt and end their suffering which has continued for about 3 weeks at the gates of the port, confirming their approval to submit to a 14 days quarantine to ensure that they are free from any infection with corona virus.
